Mission Statement The mission of the Office of Medical Student Affairs is to support and celebrate the success of our students. Vision Statement Our goal is for each University of Louisville medical student to achieve his or her highest potential to learn, lead, serve, and care for patients. To support this goal, we provide a strong infrastructure of innovative student programs and services that promote student success. In addition, our office partners with others in the School of Medicine to create a learning environment that values humanism and professionalism. Students must also accept individual responsibility for their own personal, professional, and academic development. They are expected to put forth their best effort, demonstrate professional honesty and personal integrity, to work collaboratively with others and exhibit behaviors that honor their patients and their profession.
