Kentucky Emergency Management is a division of the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs and its role and function are governed by legislative action as dictated in Chapter 39 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
Kentucky Emergency Management consists of our main office located on Boone National Guard Center, at 110 Minuteman Parkway,Frankfort, Ky 40601, and 11 regional response offices located throughout the state.
