OUR SCHOOL
Franklin County High School is located on the east side of Frankfort just east of the intersection of U.S. 460 and U.S. 421. Franklin County High School is the largest of three high schools located within the county. FCHS has a current enrollment of approximately 1000 students.
The FCHS staff is a highly-educated, diverse group of teachers. The FCHS faculty is made up of 53 classroom and resource teachers, two guidance counselors, one library media specialist, and a youth service center director. All faculty members are teaching in their area of certification. Franklin County High School is completely networked and connected to the Internet via a high-speed fiber-optic connection, and also offers wireless internet access to staff and students. All classroom teachers have a workstation connected to the school's network for Internet access and e-mail. FCHS also has five computer labs.
