On Monday, May 6th from 11:00-1:00 pm, Fourth Street Live! will be hosting our annual spring attraction showecase and National Tourism Week news conference. There is no cost to our hospitality partners to exhibit during this event. This is also a fantastic opportunity

On Monday, May 6th from 11:00-1:00 pm, Fourth Street Live! will be hosting our annual spring attraction showecase and National Tourism Week news conference.
There is no cost to our hospitality partners to exhibit during this event. This is also a fantastic opportunity to promote your spring and summer events or menu to a large business crowd during lunch hour times. Photos from the event can be found here. This event draws a crowd of over 1,000+ people and is lots of fun too!
Please bring door prize(s) for us to distribute that in total have a value of $100 total, these giveaways are distributed throughout the event to bring excitement and encourage the attendees to go grab their coworkers to come check out the exhibits too!

Set-Up Details
Set-Up Time Frame
10:00am-10:30 (ALL SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 10:45 am)
Set-Up Location – table assignments will be given the day of the event
Fourth Street Live (between Liberty Street & Muhammad Ali Boulevard) under the covered area
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Unloading
Unloading can take place at the entrance of Fourth Street Live at the corner of 4th and Liberty streets
Parking
Parking is recommended at either the Surface lot at 3rd and Liberty or the Fourth Street Live Garage on 5th between Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Liberty Street or service lot on 5th & Liberty
Other
Parking will NOT be covered by Louisville Tourism and should take place at each participant’s own expense
What can I bring into the event?
Bring rack cards & brochures and information regarding special events that happen at your business
Wearing logo attire and name badges
Display photos of your business
Display any small artifacts that represent your business
Food samples or giveaways
Yes, you can sell your product and/or merchandise
Don't Bring:
Pull-up banners (they tend to blow over when placed outdoors)
Valuables (no security will be provided during this event, set-up or tear-down)

8 foot skirted table (Louisville Tourism will be pre-assigning two participating businesses per table)
