I feel as though I was put on this earth to help people. My passions are bodybuilding, Fitness, and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
You have to eat to gain weight but you also have to eat to lose weight. This can be confusing for a lot of people but the simple fact is starving your body will send your body into a survival state so when you do eat your body will hold on to the food and store it as fat. Your body doesn’t know when it will get feed again. Eating small frequent meals will speed up your metabolic rate, therefore, aiding in putting you in a fat-burning state. Make sure your meals are high in protein, moderate to low carb, and little fat. This will be enough to get you started but as you progress things will need to tighten up a bit.
