Executive Chef, Bruce Mosley, utilizes fresh locally sourced and imported ingredients. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, and cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.
