Description
We started as an amateur BBQ team in 2014, cooking on a smoker built from recycled components – an old trailer frame, a used propane tank, and a vintage wood stove. In 2015, after winning a few trophies and receiving enthusiastic reviews from folks who tried our food, we decided to take it to the street and started selling BBQ straight off the smoker in a tent along the roadside. As demand grew, we moved into a food truck and expanded our menu to include Scottish and Irish favorites. Finally, in April 2019, we opened our restaurant and pub and expanded our menu again, adding more Celtic dishes along with a variety of Southern comfort foods, home made desserts, adult beverages, and more. Since our love for good food was born in our mothers' and grandmothers' kitchens, we strive to create a dining experience that will remind you of home using fresh, local ingredients and warm, friendly service in a historic building furnished with repurposed furniture, décor, and table settings.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your time with us.
