Permanently Closed.. A live music bar that fits into the grouping of Germantown bars that cater primarily to long-time residents of the neighborhood. It's rare that you find some of the neighborhood's younger residents hanging out at Lisa's. However, if you dare to try it out for yourself, they have live, local music throughout the week, cheap beer, pool tables, and dart boards.
