Teaching the martial art of Shaolin Kempo Karate which has been labeled by some as the most effective martial arts system around. Combining the three arts of 5 Animal Shaolin 5 Kung Fu, Kempo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu or Chin-na, this helps anyone any size learn the ability to protect themselves against a harmful situation on the street. We offer group and private karate classes for men, women and children. We offer a free introductory class and have no annual contracts. We also offer aerobic kickboxing classes for all fitness levels for those that are health conscience and would like to learn to defend themselves.
