Me and a friend had called twice to set up and verify our appointment several days in advance. When we got there we were told the artist was double booked and told to go do something else while we had to wait. After an hour and a half we called again to see if we should come back up and we're told yea come back up. When we got back we had waited another 30 minutes and not a single person could bother to come let us know it would still be a longer wait. Super unprofessional tattoo shop. Thanks for wasting my Sunday.
